January is National Oatmeal Month! Get into oatmeal with this overnight oats recipe. ​​

Ingredients:
  • ½ cup whole rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds 
  • 2/3 cup milk (any dairy or non-dairy)  
  • 2 Tbsp Greek yogurt  
  • ¼ cup nuts 
  • ½ cup fruit 
Directions:
  1. Combine oats, chia seeds, milk and yogurt in a jar or container.
  2. Place in refrigerator overnight (7-8 hrs).
  3. Top with favorite nuts and fruits.
  4. Enjoy!
TIP:
