January is National Oatmeal Month! Get into oatmeal with this overnight oats recipe.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup whole rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2/3 cup milk (any dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 Tbsp Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup nuts
- ½ cup fruit
Directions:
- Combine oats, chia seeds, milk and yogurt in a jar or container.
- Place in refrigerator overnight (7-8 hrs).
- Top with favorite nuts and fruits.
