The Safer Sex Supply (SSS) Program is an inclusive and evidence-based program that aims to provide the campus community with access to a variety of condoms, lubricants, and other sexual health barrier methods to empower the Georgia Tech community to make healthy decisions regarding if they choose to be sexually active. WE are committed to providing our community with the tools and resources they need to make healthy decisions concerning their sexual health.
-
Correct and consistent use of sexual health barrier methods inclusive of internal condoms, external condom, dental dams, and glove are proven to reduce the risk of pregnancy and the transmission of sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
-
The Wellness Empowerment Center is committed to providing our community with safer sex supplies to encourage safe sex practices. If you want to learn more about how to be sexually healthy visit our Sexual Health webpage.
-
It is important that if you decide to have sex that you and your partner(s) openly communicate your needs, wants, and boundaries. A healthy relationship is important when engaging in sexual behaviors, visit our Relationships page to learn more.
-
It is important that you and your partner(s) regularly get tested for HIV and other STIs. Check out the HIV testing page to learn more about our upcoming offerings of HIV testing.
-
You can request bulk SSS for an event, your organization, or a department by filling out our online form.
-
Personal SSS orders can be picked up in our office or they can be delivered to your on-campus mailbox. Orders can only be delivered to on-campus mailboxes located in Georgia Tech Post Office (located in the John Lewis Student Center). To order use this online form.
-
Both personal and bulk SSS orders will generally be filled within 72 business hours. But during high volume times we may need some additional time to fill orders. If you’re in need of SSS more urgently, we invite you to visit one of our SSS pick up or distribution sites.
