Try this simple and tasty parfait for breakfast or snack. Homemade granola makes it that much better!
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- ¾ cup oat milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¾ cup yogurt
- ½ cup granola (see our Tuesday Tastes recipe!)
- 1 cup berries
- Add milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon to a jar or tupperware container. Stir to combine.
- Refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.
- Layer with yogurt, granola, berries and other toppings as desired to build your parfait!
Play with different milks and fruit to customize your parfait!
